Aaron’s professional background is in the field of engineering, business development and channel partnerships. With years of experience under his belt, he founded NECAfone to focus his efforts on building and growing his dream team. Besides channel partner support, he also manages the financial and organizational matters at NECAfone.
Roy Ooi
(Sales Manager))
A customer advocate who works with the customers’interest at heart while maintaining accountability for company revenue; Roy has worked at NECAfone for over 11 years with extensive product knowledge for application in the real world. He is responsible for the design, pre-sales and project management.
Chek Yu Leng
(Technical Manager)
Chek has over 20 years of experience in the industry with expertise in numerous ICT categories. He leads through example by being hands on onsite and works closely with the team to meet customer expectations and to ensure service levels are achieved. Chek is also inspired to further strengthen the team’s technical capabilities by providing in-house system training as well as timely product update trainings.
Azha

Azha’s composure gives him an edge when handling day-to-day ad hoc support and service requests that comes in through email or phone. With three years of experience, Azha is well equipped to diagnose and troubleshoot problems and is essential to the NECAfone family.

As an account manager, Jae Han delivers exceptional customer service to our client base and he also provides excellent support to the Sales team. His multi-tasking skills enables him to take a case from quote to delivery in a flash. His has over 10 years of experience in account management and is most valued by his customers as a consultant who understands their requirements.
Chan Mei Yee

Mei Yee’s energy and passion for the job ensure that order entries and processing are quickly executed with minimal delays. Mei Yee is an experienced team member and have been with NECAfone for 10 years. Her attention to detail ensures our inventory is well-stocked with parts for response to urgent deliveries.
Leela

As a valued member of the sales team, Leela provides timely responsible for product information updates, responding to client emails and seeing to urgent job requests get rush through completion. Whether you are looking for an additional phone set, an extra network point or a new support package; she is always ready to assist.
System Engineer
Our team of dedicated and highly skilled system engineers are well trained to handle all situations. They are also trained to be problem solvers and with this skill, the team has managed systems of a few users and up to 600 users. The range of projects handled by these able engineers included Alcom, PDRM, Bomba, Daikin, Depalma, A’Famosa, Hatten Hotel, OSIM and Groupon.
