An Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) module provides intelligent call routing for the client service centre. These calls were routed to the correct officer with the right skills to assist the customer in a timely manner. Comprehensive reporting component allowed supervisors and managers access to statistics and subsequently they were able to evaluate the performance level of the contact centre. Voice recording features were also incorporated for fraud detection and training for contact centre officers.
